Bigfish embraced responsive design way ahead of the curve. That's why we're one of only a handful of creative agencies that routinely delivers an optimal viewing experience to every device and screen size, starting with mobile phones. The need to resize, pan and scroll to view a handheld screen—we minimize that. Optimal curb appeal across every platform people use to view your product or service—we completely maximize that!

Joe's winning formula is based on the art of building and nurturing results-oriented relationships and he understands that the success of Bigfish depends entirely upon helping our clients achieve their business objectives. His credibility—and Bigfish's—are derived from a proven track record of getting it done. It may seem simple to assemble and inspire the resources to create high-quality, cost-effective projects and campaigns, but if it was, everyone would be doing it.
As founder, Joe may have configured his band of experts from the ground up but he's no overnight sensation. Joe started his career in radio decades ago and he was consistently a top performer in Detroit, New York and Phoenix. In 1995 Joe recognized the opportunities on the agency side of the business and has worked for a wide variety of clients across multiple verticals. Joe's notable client experience includes Humana, Adidas, Best Western, Dial Corporation and Sage Software, to name a few.

Knowing where, or how, Kevin conceives his creative ideas may be impossible. After sensing he was different for many years, Kevin decided to seek out his own kind at the prestigious Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, not to be confused with the Art Institute of America. For those who don't know, you have better odds of becoming a Navy Seal than getting accepted to the rigorous, trans-disciplinary curriculum at the 80 year old Art Center where Ansel Adams was a faculty member. (Ok, the Navy Seal part is a bit of an exaggeration.) For 13 years, Kevin has held a senior role in developing creative solutions for major brands such as 20th Century Fox, Bissell, NBA, Levis, MTV, Chrysler and Kraft.

Lear found his way into the design world by transitioning from traditional illustration techniques—adapting his abilities to wield paint and pencil into a mastery of light and pixels. After touring across the US as a guitarist in various bands, he decided that all-nighters behind the wheel and truck-stop meals were not his ideal future. In 2001 Lear enrolled at the St. Clair College Center for the Arts in his hometown of Windsor, Ontario, Canada, where a diverse digital design curriculum honed his skills. In addition to his strong design and layout skills and an intensive comprehension of typographic form and function, Lear’s HTML, CSS, Flash, and jQuery experience gives him a deep understanding of front-end functionality, allowing him to deliver purposeful and effective designs.
