It may seem simple to assemble and inspire the resources to create high-quality, cost-effective projects and campaigns, but if it was, everyone would be doing it.

As founder, Joe may have configured his band of experts from the ground up but he's no overnight sensation. Joe started his career in radio decades ago and he was consistently a top performer in Detroit, New York and Phoenix. In 1995 Joe recognized the opportunities on the agency side of the business and has worked for a wide variety of clients across multiple verticals. Joe's notable client experience includes Humana, Adidas, Best Western, Dial Corporation and Sage Software, to name a few.

Lauren provides brand strategy, brand architecture, brand portfolio strategy, consumer and market research, naming, rebrand transition planning, product launch, and trend-tracking and interpretation services to Bigfish clients across a wide range of industries. During her storied career as a brand strategist, Lauren has worked with some of the world's most beloved brands including Coca-Cola, Target, Audi, Petsmart, Boeing, Dow, and Fairmont Hotels & Resorts among others. Over the years, Lauren's strategy work has resulted in published intellectual property in the healthcare, automotive, clean technology, and consumer products verticals.

Lauren has an MBA with an International Brand Management specialization from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BBA in Finance from the University of San Diego.

Knowing where, or how, Kevin conceives his creative ideas may be impossible. After sensing he was different for many years, Kevin decided to seek out his own kind at the prestigious Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, not to be confused with the Art Institute of America. For those who don't know, you have better odds of becoming a Navy Seal than getting accepted to the rigorous, trans-disciplinary curriculum at the 80 year old Art Center where Ansel Adams was a faculty member. (Ok, the Navy Seal part is a bit of an exaggeration.) For 13 years, Kevin has held a senior role in developing creative solutions for major brands such as 20th Century Fox, Bissell, NBA, Levis, MTV, Chrysler and Kraft.

Brett has always been extremely passionate about his hobbies, but none of them captured his heart and imagination the way that the web did. Brett graduated at the top of his class and was immediately offered a position with his college's new Online Education division upon graduation designing and developing highly interactive and engaging Flash-based curriculum. He would then evolve his skills as a Web Designer/Developer in an extremely high-octane marketing department overseeing the design and development of landing pages spanning over 30 vertical markets. Here he mastered his skills in HTML4/5, CSS2/3, Javascript, and PHP development while also learning a new Marketing-Infused Design style.

Learning the psychology and methods behind the world of Marketing brought him back full circle to the world of User Experience and helped him form a new and unique perspective on Design, Development, and overall User Experience. Over the years Brett has worked on behalf Pepsi, Cisco Systems, RICOH, and Sage North America.

Maury brings her extensive experience developing and executing transformative digital marketing strategies to her role as account director and marketing strategist for Bigfish. A strategic innovator, Maury focuses on understanding industry, technology and consumer trends to help our clients create a clear vision for success. She brings a well-rounded portfolio of skills and expertise to every engagement: from business analysis to multi-channel campaign development to content creation and distribution.

Throughout her career she has worked with some of the world’s leading brands including adidas America, Best Western, The Dial Corporation and Choice Hotels International to create comprehensive marketing, ecommerce and content solutions that achieve results and create change. Maury offers a balanced perspective, having spent more than 11 years as part of Choice Hotels’ in-house Marketing and Distribution team. During her tenure with Choice she championed implementation of the company’s first content management program, managed the creation and execution of its distribution strategy, and established the company’s first social media strategy and team.

Maury has spent her career at the forefront of the technology revolution – inspired and driven by technology’s ability to empower business. She can’t wait to see what’s next!
